Quality Assured
Our inspections are carried out in accordance with relevant Australian Standards such as AAS4349.1-2007 for Building Inspections and AS 4349.3-2007 for Timber Pest Inspections. Pool and Spa Barriers are assessed in accordance with Part 9a, AS1986,AS1926.1-1993, AS1926.1-2007or AS1926.1-2012 depending on when the pool or spa barrier was installed.

He will provide you with a photographic report that make references to industry or Australian Standards . Our Inspector will always be available on the phone to talk you through anything that you might need explained further.
