Every four years, pool and spa owners in Victoria need to have their pool and spa barriers inspected and certified to ensure that they comply with Australian Standards.  Our Inspector will inspect and provide a comprehensive report to ensure the safety of our kids and to comply with laws that were introduced in Victoria in December 2019.

 Are you just about to shift into a rental property or lease a commercial space?  Protect yourself and your security bond by getting a professional photographic condition report before you move in.  A dilapidation report can also be used prior to contractors commencing a major renovation.
