Transparent Inspection Agreement
In accordance with AS4349.1-2007, an Inspection Agreement must be signed by the client prior to an Inspection being carried out. This manages the expectations of the inspection by pointing out any limitations of the inspection by such things as lack of access.
Thorough Internal and External Inspection
Our Inspector will thoroughly inspect all accessible areas inside and out including any out buildings. This includes making observations about materials such as asbestos, evidence of timber pest attack, areas that are susceptible to moisture, mould & termites. Wet areas like bathrooms are looked at closely, structural defects, foundation settling will also be reported on.
Roof Inspection
Most Inspectors won't include any observations of the roof due to safety and fair enough. Our inspector will access gutters that are at a reachable height and then also make an inspection of your roof with a drone.
The Latest Tools
Our Inspector will use a FLIR Thermal Camera and FLIR Moisture meter to help detect leaks and high moisture areas. We use a DJI Mini Pro 4 with a 4k camera for our roof inspections. Traditional tools like knockers, hammers, screwdrivers etc are used to find irregularities in materials that might have been hollowed out by termites or rotten timber.
Informative Photographic Report
An informative report that will comply with AS4349.1-2007 will be issued electronically showing a range of information such as photos, thermal images, observations, comments and in some cases recommendations.

-Apartment or small house up to 2 bedrooms $450.00 inc GST
-Medium house up to 3 bedrooms $550.00 inc GST
-Large house with 4 or more bedrooms $600.00 inc GST
